The World Food Championships (WFC) has partnered with the Aioli Gourmet Burgers to bring you a one-of-a-kind, food-filled experience. “Licensed to E.A.T.™: Phoenix - a Sonoran Showdown” attendees will enjoy an in-depth look into the unique culinary world of food competition judging. While learning the ins and outs of Food Sport, guests will experience a true Sonoran Showdown as they witness professional chefs **** off in a Desert Rumble for a chance to qualify into the 2019 World Food Championships. The best part? Attendees will have the opportunity to taste the Chefs' creations during the E.A.T.™ Methodology Training portion of the event.
In addition to becoming a certified food judge, guest will enjoy:

This kitchen classroom experience is hosted by WFC Ambassador Suzanne Clark who will walk you through the E.A.T.™ Methodology, making you eligible to judge the main competition in Dallas in October! Upon completion of the class, you will join our growing community of WFC Judges and be mailed a certified Food Champ judges' GOLD CARD to prove it!
About the Aioli Gourmet Burgers’ Chef: Chef Tommy D’Ambrosio has been honored as a Top Ten Burger finalist at WFC, named a Food Network’s “Chopped” Champion and has won many awards as a chef in the Phoenix valley. Along with his partners, he owns Aioli Gourmet Burgers, and seven food trucks including the well-known, Modern Tortilla Food Truck.
