This workshop provides couples with the tools they need to be the best parents possible while maintaining the quality of their relationship.
BRINGING BABY HOME (BBH) is a two day psycho-educational experiential workshop, created by the Gottman Institute to help prepare couples for the changes and challenges that come with the birth of a new baby. It aims to provide couples with the tools they need to be the best parents they can be while maintaining the quality of their relationship, building a strong and healthy family together.
Dr Katie Stirling is a registered Clinical Psychologist and board approved supervisor. Katie is passionate about prevention and early intervention having spent most of her early career delivering projects aimed at improving children’s developmental outcomes, as well as managing family services. Her areas of research include, identifying risk and protective factors for child depression and examining the difference between child-mother and child-father attachment. Katie provides couples therapy and perinatal psychology services from her private practice in Mornington.
